About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Store Manager.
This position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving sales performance.
The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and implementing company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a keen eye for detail to foster a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
A strong understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and visual merchandising is preferred.
A relevant educational background in business, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.
The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff to ensure they meet performance standards.
The role involves managing inventory levels, controlling costs, and maximizing sales through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
The Store Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Additionally, they will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, implement action plans, and report performance metrics to senior management.
