UH60 Phase Team Lead (1st Shift)
Role Overview
Conducts comprehensive aircraft maintenance on the UH60 following OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and other relevant directives.
Performs tasks such as removing and installing aircraft systems, subsystem assemblies, and components, including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, and mechanical flight controls.
Services and lubricates aircraft systems, subsystems, and components, preparing the aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks.
Executes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions using common and precision measuring tools and alignment fixtures.
Performs routine and special inspections on aircraft and related components, along with maintenance operational checks.
Diagnoses and troubleshoots aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment, and performs operator maintenance on tools, special tools, and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE).
Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records, develops and executes phase plans from Pre-Dock to Post Test flight, and ensures all related operations prioritize safety.

Responsibilities
- Ensures UH60 Aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness objectives.
- Responsible for compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures, and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform readiness rates.
- Establishes daily maintenance operational goals, objectives, and priorities to achieve stated readiness rates and MNG training objectives as required.
- Oversees the daily maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Aviation Maintenance Manager.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Directs inquiries, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of UH60 Aircraft and supporting maintenance activities to the Production Control (PC) Manager.
- In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
- Other tasks as directed by the PC Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher required due to visa requirements.
- As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
- Military background with experience in aviation maintenance and logistics.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Five years' experience as an aircraft mechanic on UH60.
- FAA A&P certificate.
- FAA IA certificate.
Experience Requirements
- Three years' experience as an aircraft mechanic on UH60 series required.
- Experience in UH60 phase or RESET management.
