Manages GSE maintenance section tool control and tool room operations.
Maintains tool room asset accountability and supports other tool room operations as directed.
Responsibilities
- Account for tools assigned to the GSE Maintenance Section and issue and receive daily tools.
- Track TMDE and ensure calibration is completed within manufacturer guidelines and required timelines.
- Manage calibration control, ensure TMDE is properly marked and labeled, and turn equipment in for calibration.
- Order and maintain parts and supplies, including bench stock, for the vehicle/GSE section.
- Follow maintenance quality-control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Support the Airfield Foreign Object Debris program; perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- At least two years of recent tool room and/or property-accountability experience required.
- Former TMDE management experience required.
- Knowledge of technical maintenance manuals and demonstrated aviation operations performance.
- Valid driver's license and passport required.
- Prior military experience preferred.
- Must pass employment and deployment qualification requirements, including medical, drug testing, and background checks.
