About the Role

Avensys Consulting is seeking a UC Infrastructure Engineer (IVR Integration) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on the design, implementation, and optimization of voice and collaboration infrastructure, specifically with IVR-enabled solutions. The position is centered on infrastructure and integration, rather than application development, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance of IVR systems with voice and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of the Unified Communications (UC) environment, with a focus on IVR-enabled solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end integration of IVR systems with voice and collaboration platforms.
  • Configure call flows, gateways, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), and session management.
  • Optimize the UC infrastructure for performance, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
  • Conduct interoperability testing with various endpoints and IVR applications.
  • Troubleshoot UC and IVR performance issues and implement improvements to call flows.
  • Monitor system health and performance, providing regular reports.
  • Support deployment activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Unified Communications engineer.
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and optimizing voice and collaboration infrastructure.
  • Experience with IVR-enabled solutions and their integration.

Work Environment

This role offers a collaborative work environment. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time engagement.
