Operate and manage fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles for surveillance, perimeter security, and mission support.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Plan missions, conduct pre-flight checks, safely operate UAVs, monitor flights, and complete post-flight debriefs and reporting.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and security teams to execute flight plans.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and comply with safety regulations and local airspace rules.
- Review mission data, report anomalies, and support improvement of flight procedures and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Strong fixed-wing UAV piloting skills, including mission planning, manual and autonomous flight, and emergency procedures.
- Experience with UAV systems, sensors, and ground control stations, including basic troubleshooting and maintenance of platforms and payloads.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures for controlled and restricted airspace.
- Ability to interpret flight data, logs, and sensor outputs and prepare clear mission reports.
- Effective communication, teamwork, situational awareness, attention to detail, and sound decision-making under pressure.
- Relevant UAV operations or aviation certification or training; a technical diploma or degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or a related field is advantageous.
- Defense, security, or critical-infrastructure monitoring experience is beneficial; familiarity with AI-driven or autonomous systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Riyadh.
