What You Will Do
- Generate sales in the market hall area by assisting and engaging with customers.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and goals as set by the shopkeeper.
- Provide customers with current relevant information regarding products and promotions.
- Deliver a positive customer experience through maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and energetic attitude.
- Create a positive first impression for the customer through adhering to dress code and presenting a positive attitude toward the merchandise, brand, and company.
- Maintain the sales floor by arranging and organizing products as per guidelines.
- Assume and complete other duties as assigned by the shopkeeper, including participating in market hall inventories.
- Participate in all store meetings and other related functions to stay informed and aligned with company policies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures 100%.
