Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Turnaround Planning Engineer for a leading Oil & Gas / Petrochemical company in Qatar.
Duration: Long-term
Working Schedule: 6 Days/Week - 8 hrs Duty
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in Turnaround / Shutdown Planning
- Strong experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Fertilizer industry
- Hands-on experience in SAP PM and Primavera P6
- Experience in shutdown planning, scheduling, scope development, work packs, and execution coordination
- Knowledge of maintenance planning, contractor coordination, and turnaround execution activities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Turnaround schedules and scope
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Inspection, HSE, and Contractors
- Monitor shutdown progress, manpower, materials, and execution activities
- Manage SAP work orders, maintenance plans, and planning documentation
- Ensure safe and timely completion of Turnaround activities within budget
