About The Role

• We are looking for a TS System Engineer to support our Hybrid Cloud environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, and business continuity.
• This role primarily focuses on Cloud Administration and involves close collaboration with business and application teams to deliver technical support across a range of cloud services.
• Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing operational support within hybrid cloud environments, implementing best practices for cloud administration, and managing service deployments through CI/CD pipelines.
• The role also requires experience in hybrid cloud migrations and supporting application modernization initiatives, transitioning from traditional middleware platforms to cloud-native solutions on Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Your duties would include:
• Manage and administer cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of cloud platforms.
• Perform routine monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for cloud services.
• Implement and maintain cloud governance, policies, and best practices.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with application and development teams to design and implement cloud-native architectures
• Optimize resource utilization and support cost management initiatives (FinOps practices).
• Assist in cloud migration activities, including workload assessment and transition to cloud-native setups.
• Provide support for backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and security standards (e.g., ISO, PCI-DCSS & Internal policies).
• Support capacity planning and performance optimization to meet current and future business demands.
• Support platforms operating in large-scale, 24/7 enterprise environments with a strong focus on stability and uptime.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve complex incidents and prevent recurrence.
• Adhere to and contribute to Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes, including planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs, operational runbooks, and Level 1 handover documentation to support operational readiness.

Qualification

Essential

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3-4 years of job-related experience
• Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and/or GCP.
• Knowledge of cost management and FinOps practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimization.
• Good knowledge in cloud and on-premises networking, DNS, and firewalls.
• Working experience with CI/CD tools, automation, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Good knowledge in Google Cloud Platform
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in creating SOP’s, Run books and Level1 task`s handover documents

Preferred

• Certification on Azure Cloud and Google Cloud
