A Trust company in JLT is looking for a Trust Lawyer with background in trust law, corporate law or financial services law in UAE.
Candidate must have strong UAE knowledge in AML/CFT regulations and Freezone compliance.
Experience
with goAML and CDD/EDD is an advantage.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and advisory skills is needed
Working Days: Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm
Salary
is between 15-20k depending on experience and qualification, yearly air ticket, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE law
Responsibilities
- Draft and review Trust Deeds and trust related legal documents.
- Maintain and develop document precedents for the Trust Division.
- Provide legal advice on trust structures and trust products.
- Oversee AML/CFT compliance, including CDD/EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting
- Immediate joiner for now
- Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
