Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and prospective patients, providing detailed information on orthodontic treatments and options.
- Conduct initial consultations and assessments to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our orthodontic services, addressing any concerns or questions patients may have.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans, working closely with patients to find suitable payment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging referrals.
- Track and report on key performance metrics related to patient conversions and sales targets.
- Proven experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably within the healthcare or orthodontic field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
