• Payment Processing & Verification
- Upload and execute vendor, employee, and other payments in the banking system after verifying supporting documentation and approvals.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and approval workflows before payment release.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.
- Update the daily Cash position
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Loan Coordination
- Liaise with banks , financial institutions, and group Treasury for loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of loan agreements, schedules, and related documentation.
• Cash Flow Monitoring
- Assist in monitoring daily cash positions and forecasting short-term liquidity requirements.
- Support treasury team in optimizing cash utilization.
• Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and audit requirements.
- Prepare periodic treasury reports for management review.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Business Units to ensure smooth payment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with banking partners.
