Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in processing and recording financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Support account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation and required follow-up actions.
- Share bank statements, daily transfers, and credit confirmations.
- Assist with issuing and monitoring import and export letters of credit.
- Assist with issuing bank guarantees and standby letters of credit.
- Liaise with bank representatives on trade finance activities.
- Maintain filing systems for financial records, reports, and bank documents.
- Assist with preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries.
- Assist with maintaining internal controls within the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, procedures, ISO requirements, and the company code of conduct.
Compensation
- The description states pay of AED 4,500 to AED 5,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
