APPLICATION ENGINEER (HAP)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support on AC equipment applications, selections, and design.
• Support customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders with technical guidance.
• Support business development through technical input for proposals and presentations.
• Select, size, configure, and optimize AC equipment against design data.
• Build customer relationships and provide technical HVAC solutions.
• Prepare engineering proposals, estimates, quotations, BOQs, equipment summaries, cost sheets, and presentations.
• Prepare ACAD line diagrams and follow up independently with clients.
• Perform chilled water, DX, and VRF equipment selections.
• Perform ESP and pump head calculations and use duct and pipe sizing software.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and AC equipment, including selection, design, installation, and operation.
• Proven application engineering experience is required.
• Candidates must be able to prepare proposals, estimates, quotations, and client follow-up independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
• Very good proficiency in HAP, ACAD, and Microsoft Office is required.
• Candidates must be able to prepare quotations, BOQs, equipment summaries, cost estimate sheets, line diagrams, proposals, and presentations.
• Candidates must be able to optimize chilled water, DX, and VRF selections and perform ESP and pump head calculations.
• Sales background is an added advantage.

Location and Work Arrangement

• Work location is in person.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
