Overview
- Work closely as part of the housekeeping team to continually provide detail level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property.
- Pay special attention to the organization of the family’s items and areas, creating new organizational systems.
- Carry out cleaning around the family’s movements to take advantage of even brief opportunities to provide service to areas of the household.
- Look after the family’s closets to make sure they are organized, all clothes are tidy and not damaged, in pairs or outfits where appropriate, pockets are empty, bags and jewelry are properly presented and protected, and that clothes have been properly returned to the correct closet.
- Take daily inventory and check the levels of the family’s consumable items and ensure that there is an appropriate level of back stock.
- Able to pack and unpack from travel and ensure all items are inventoried, travel with the family to setup all areas of their holiday home, hotel, suite or other.
- Ensure and participate in housekeeping service in hotels, rented villas, houses abroad and other venues as required.
- Manage wardrobes while on travel, as well dry cleaning, and ironing as well as laundry personally and with hotel and rental venue staff.
- Handle ordering while on travel of all products and others, be able to setup suites and rooms to accommodate dressing space and clothing presented and stored to the highest standards
- Be completely responsible for the cleanliness of the master room, bathroom and dressing rooms, cleaning these daily as well organizing and tidying them.
- Place orders for beauty products with the PA or on own and receive deliveries and organise them as they arrive, coordinating any returns with the PA or personal shopper.
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and early morning or late evening shifts at times. Shifts will vary from week to week.
- Liaise with the family, prepare and maintain packing lists and personally carry out and coordinate all packing for travel, its transportation accompanied or not
- Maintain lists of items that should be stocked within the household.
