Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Day-to-day tasks will also involve providing expert travel advice, managing travel itineraries, making reservations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
The role requires close collaboration with clients and team members to deliver seamless travel experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and experience in Travel Management
- Strong skills in organizing Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using travel management systems and reservation platforms
- Knowledge of Dubai's travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Experience in a similar role or relevant certification in travel or hospitality is preferred.
