Overview

Traventure Tourism LLC is a growing travel company offering a comprehensive portfolio of travel solutions including airline ticketing, global visa services, holiday packages, corporate travel management, Umrah services, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and related travel services.

We are seeking a commercially driven and ambitious Travel Business Development Consultant to support our expansion by developing new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth.

The Travel Business Development Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, developing corporate and retail travel accounts, building strategic partnerships, and promoting Traventure's travel services across multiple market segments.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, developing partnerships, and generating business through proactive market engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and revenue for the Company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, agents, and individual customers.
  • Conduct corporate visits, business meetings, networking activities, and client presentations.
  • Promote Traventure's travel services
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build enquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
  • Develop new referral channels, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain daily activity reporting and participate in weekly performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, aviation, business development, sales, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate business independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing situations.
  • UAE market knowledge is highly advantageous.
  • Existing corporate contacts, referral networks, community connections, or business relationships will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Candidates may conduct client meetings, corporate visits, networking activities, and business development engagements outside the office during working hours, subject to management coordination and reporting requirements.
