Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our expanding team in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and re-issuance
  • Manage hotel reservations, holiday packages, and travel itineraries
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Use online travel portals efficiently for bookings and quotations
  • Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to obtain competitive rates
  • Ensure excellent customer service and follow-up with clients

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Travel Agent (mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a travel agency
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • Knowledge of online travel booking portals
  • Basic IATA knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently and handle customers confidently
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Experience

  • Travel Agency: 2 years (Required)
  • Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
