Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage field staff, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience supervising maintenance or facility management teams, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance and technical staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate with clients and address service-related concerns professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on work activities.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational requirements and resource allocation.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly utilized and maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance, facilities management, construction, or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
