QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required:
  • 1 year of security, compliance, and/or customer service experience.
  • 1 year of logistics experience.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and communicate drivers' temperature requirements, mileage, and hours of service during transit.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
  • Knowledge of TSA and GDP practices.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and escalated issue management.
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and professional judgment.
  • Advanced knowledge of the supply chain industry, including regulations and customer requirements.
