A distribution and supply chain company seeks a Transportation Operations Coordinator to support effective and reliable transport services.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transport operations and shipment tracking through transportation management systems.
- Communicate with suppliers and clients to address needs and support satisfaction.
- Monitor fleet performance and report improvement opportunities.
- Plan transportation, schedule shipments, and allocate resources.
- Analyze cost and performance data and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with warehousing and distribution teams on product availability and quantities.
- Manage shipment documentation, including invoices and purchase orders, in line with legal and regulatory standards.
- Support the transportation team with meetings, timelines, and reports.
- Help develop strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
Skills and requirements

- Manage time while coordinating transport operations.
