We are hiring for a global customer experience consulting firm specializing in luxury and premium brands . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on transport professional to manage day-to-day ground mobility operations for a large-scale, high-profile programme.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Day-to-day management of ground transport operations
▪ Coordinate arrivals and departures schedules with airport teams
▪ Manage driver assignments, shift plans, and vehicle logs
▪ Monitor and report transport KPIs in real time
▪ Liaise with venues and accommodation teams on transfer schedules
▪ Handle escalations and on-ground transport disruptions
Mandatory Requirements
▪ Minimum 9 years in transport/logistics operations
▪ Experience in event transportation for 300+ delegates
▪ Proficiency in route planning and transport management software
▪ Strong communication and team leadership skills
▪ Availability for extended hours during peak events
▪ Valid driving licence; familiarity with local road network
