Transportation & Logistics Manager

**Industry:** Construction – Villas, Interiors, Finishing, Branded Retail Outlets (Shopping Malls)

· Experience managing **drivers, vehicles, buses, movement of heavy equipment, and machinery** for a UAE-based construction company

· Experience in **scheduling vehicles** for workforce transport, material delivery, and equipment movement across multiple sites

· Experience in **managing driver licensing, performance, discipline, and compliance** with UAE traffic rules

· Experience in **planning and overseeing vehicle & equipment maintenance** (preventive and breakdown)

· Experience in **coordinating with workshops, garages, and service providers** for repairs and servicing

· Experience in **managing petrol/diesel bills** and monitoring fuel consumption across the fleet

· Experience in **tracking and controlling transport costs** – fuel, maintenance, insurance, registration, salik, etc.

· Experience in **preparing cost reports and budgets** for transport operations

· Experience in **building and managing a strong vendor network** for transport and logistics services

· Experience in **negotiating rates and contracts** with transport companies, rental providers, and workshops

· Experience in **outsourcing vehicles** when internal fleet is insufficient

· Experience in **coordinating with project sites, storekeepers, and procurement teams** for material and workforce movement

· Experience in **planning daily transport schedules** across multiple projects (villas, interiors, mall outlets)

· Experience in **ensuring timely delivery of materials** to project sites

· Experience in **generating reports** on fleet performance, costs, and utilization

· **4–12 years** experience in transportation/logistics management

· Must have experience in **UAE construction industry**

· Valid **UAE Driving License** (mandatory)

· Strong **negotiation, communication, and leadership skills**

· Available in **Abu Dhabi** and ready to join immediately
