A construction company is seeking a professional Executive Secretary to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
- **Professional appearance, well-presented, and excellent interpersonal skills.**
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the COO's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Follow up on action items with internal departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain company documents and records.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the COO.
- **Salary:** AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (depending on experience)
Job Type:** Full-time
