The role requires proven experience managing personnel and operations for limousine and e-hailing fleets, plus knowledge of local transport regulations and government processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily fleet logistics, dispatching, and operations to support efficiency and service quality.
- Supervise, train, and manage drivers and operations staff; ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Manage government documentation, administrative tasks, and legal requirements; ensure compliance with ITC and other Abu Dhabi regulators.
- Represent the company in corporate settings, attend strategic meetings, source B2B opportunities, and negotiate and close transport contracts.
- Maintain operational records, track fleet performance, and perform administrative duties supporting compliance and profitability.
Mandatory requirements
- Verifiable, highly relevant experience managing registered transport or limousine companies in Abu Dhabi.
- In-depth practical understanding of Abu Dhabi ITC regulations, government processes, and transport laws.
- Exceptional professional presentation and communication skills; able to close deals and represent the company in high-level meetings.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- At least 3 years of fleet management experience.
- English is required.
Preferred qualifications
- Own vehicle is highly preferred.
- At least 2 years of government and legal compliance experience is preferred.
- Candidates on their own freelance, golden, or spouse visa are highly preferred.
Compensation and benefits
- Full-time position paying AED 4,000–7,000 per month, commensurate with experience and capabilities.
