Navicar Limousine and Luxury Car Rental L.L.C - S.P.C is hiring a Fleet Coordinator/Supervisor in Abu Dhabi.
The role supports daily fleet logistics and core administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily vehicle dispatching, scheduling, maintenance tracking, and driver management.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi transport laws, government requirements, and Integrated Transport Centre standards.
- Handle operational documentation, record-keeping, reporting, and general administrative duties.
- Use local limousine, e-hailing, and passenger-transport market knowledge to optimize route planning and performance.
Requirements
- Verifiable Fleet Coordinator or similar operational experience in the Abu Dhabi limousine, Uber, or transport sector is required.
- In-depth understanding of Abu Dhabi transport regulations, legal requirements, and administrative procedures is required.
- Excellent command of English is required.
- A valid UAE driving license is strongly preferred; additional languages are a strong plus.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000–7,000 per month, based on experience and proven contributions.
