Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized **Transport & Logistics Coordinator** to manage daily transportation operations, vehicle scheduling, deliveries, and logistics activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, knowledge of UAE routes and regulations, and the ability to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods and personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations.
- Schedule and monitor vehicle movements, deliveries, and pickups.
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, and customers regarding transport schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle usage.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviced on time.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation issues promptly.
- Prepare logistics reports and update management on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE traffic laws and company safety procedures.
- Assist in route planning to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle transport-related documentation and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Valid **UAE Driving License** (mandatory).
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant logistics experience is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in transport, logistics, or fleet coordination.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
