**Job Title:** Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Arabic Speaker
**Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE
**Salary:** AED 6,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and have strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, visa processing, labor regulations, and company documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all government-related documentation and approvals.
- Handle employment visas, labor permits, Emirates ID applications, and residency renewals.
- Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, ICP, Abu Dhabi Municipality, ADDED, and other relevant entities.
- Process trade license renewals, company registrations, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee and company documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding government-related requirements.
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Support management with administrative and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Minimum **3 years of PRO experience in Abu Dhabi, UAE**.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures.
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, ICP, TAMM, ADDED, and Abu Dhabi government departments.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
