Overview
- Ability to arrange vehicles for staff deployment, interviews, office requirements, urgent requests, and new site mobilization. Ability to conduct site surveys and assess transport requirements.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, accident handling, garage coordination, vehicle inspections, registration/passing, renewal, branding, and RTA/CID-related processes.
- Ability to allocate tasks to drivers and operational staff, follow up on completion, manage urgent deployment requirements, and coordinate with site teams.
- strong Excel and data-entry skills for attendance records, driver deployment records, lease invoices, Salik, traffic fines, petty cash, fuel charges, and monthly reports.
- Ability to verify traffic fines, identify vehicle users, maintain office vehicle logbooks, and coordinate fine recovery or clarification with users
- Knowledge of vehicle safety inspections, accident reporting, safe driving requirements, roadworthiness checks, company policies, and traffic regulations.
- Clear communication with drivers, garages, RTA/Traffic Department, internal departments, vendors, and client/site representatives
- Ability to respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, urgent vehicle requests, deployment changes, and operational escalations.
