Overview
- Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and maintain effective risk and control frameworks.
- Identify, assess, monitor, and escalate operational risks.
- Support the development of risk conduct across Global Markets and ensure alignment with internal policies.
- Provide oversight of open risks across Markets and Business & Client Solutions.
- Manage risk incidents, including reporting, regulatory escalations, and timely risk event management.
- Perform risk assessments for ad hoc events and support the evaluation and escalation of risk profiles to relevant forums.
- Support audit activities, including audit preparation and responding to audit requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support operational risk processes, including business continuity, access governance, and third-party risk management.
- Support the implementation of policies and procedures into business-as-usual operations.
- Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Risk teams, and other key stakeholders to strengthen risk management practices
