  • High school diploma or GED (Required); 4 year degree or combination of experience and degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 1-year related experience (Required)
  • Good mechanical aptitude using hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
  • Knowledge in performing crimping, soldering, and assembly (Preferred)
  • Knowledge and understanding of BOMs, assembly drawings and other related manufacturing documents
