Transformation Portfolio Lead (AI)

Role overview

Key accountabilities

• Manage project interdependencies, resourcing, and proposed changes affecting portfolio priorities.
• Maintain senior stakeholder and external vendor relationships and portfolio communications; identify resources aligned to the portfolio plan.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and keep strategically important change initiatives on track.
• Ensure accuracy of project charters, change impact assessments, project plans, business requirements, and project reviews.
• Advise on business cases and UAT strategies, and oversee translation of analysis and requirements into implementation.
• Resolve priority conflicts, design change adoption strategies, and coach business units on project and change governance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, comply with Central Bank of UAE guidelines, and support internal audits and closure of audit points.

Experience and qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum eight years of banking experience.
• Postgraduate business management qualification is a plus.
• Ten or more years of project or change management experience within financial institutions is preferred.
