Leasing Support Officer (UAE National)

Role overview

Job purpose and responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices against purchase orders, contracts, quotations, delivery notes, and supporting documents.
• Track approvals and processing timelines; follow up on missing documentation, discrepancies, and pending approvals.
• Maintain invoice trackers and records, report invoice status, and support month-end and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain lease agreements, supporting documents, and the central lease register.
• Record lease amounts, payment schedules, terms, expiry dates, notice periods, renewal options, and obligations.
• Monitor lease milestones and escalate upcoming requirements early.
• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, tenants, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and internal stakeholders on invoice, payment, and lease issues.
• Follow internal policies, approval authorities, financial controls, and record-keeping requirements.

Skills and experience

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience in invoice processing, accounts payable, finance administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP or financial management system experience is advantageous.
• Numerical ability, accuracy, attention to detail, analytical and review skills, and sound judgment.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication; ability to convey complex issues clearly.
• Initiative, urgency, integrity, and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
