Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term priorities.
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs from assessment and planning through implementation and benefits realization.
- Analyze processes, operating models, workflows, and organizational capabilities for improvement opportunities.
- Drive process optimization, automation, digitization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Evaluate and support adoption of cloud, AI, ERP, CRM, analytics, and automation solutions.
- Define roadmaps, milestones, KPIs, budgets, resources, and expected business outcomes.
- Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver programs.
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
- Identify risks, dependencies, resistance, and delivery challenges and develop mitigation plans.
- Track performance, benefits, costs, timelines, and business impact through regular reporting.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, processes, and decision-making structures.
- Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative operating practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, program management, or business improvement.
- Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement, operating models, digital technologies, and change management.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or other transformation methodologies.
- Strong project or program management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working with senior executives and multiple business functions.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, business cases, budgets, benefits realization, and transformation governance.
- UAE or GCC transformation or consulting experience is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
