About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven
Training Specialist
to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning experiences that enhance employee performance and support business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate business needs into practical training solutions and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs (soft skills, leadership, and functional topics)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with business objectives
- Develop training materials, manuals, and learning content
- Facilitate workshops, both in-person and virtual
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
- Support post-training reinforcement and follow-up initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning with performance gaps
- Continuously improve training programs based on data and feedback
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in training, L&D, or facilitation
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience in corporate training environments (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Ability to design instructional content and learning journeys
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and training evaluation methods
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Training, Coaching, or Instructional Design
- Experience in soft skills, leadership development, or sales training
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning techniques
