We are looking for a Training Officer to support learning and development across our valet parking and hospitality operations.
The role focuses on delivering structured training programs that enhance customer service, operational performance, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs for valet parking and hospitality staff, including customer service, grooming standards, operational procedures, and workplace safety.
- Conduct HSE training sessions in alignment with applicable regulations and internal company policies.
- Support onboarding activities, including orientation and induction for new employees.
- Assess training needs in coordination with Operations and HR teams.
- Develop and update training materials, guides, and competency frameworks as required.
- Monitor and report training attendance, participation, and performance outcomes.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training delivery across all operational sites.
Requirements
- Valid HSE certification (mandatory).
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Previous experience in valet parking, hospitality, customer service, or similar operational environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver structured and engaging training sessions for diverse teams.
- Professional conduct and presentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
