Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our valet parking operations across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day valet parking operations across assigned sites
- Lead, train, and supervise valet teams and supervisors
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism
- Plan and optimize manpower allocation efficiently
- Handle client relationships and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Conduct site inspections and performance evaluations
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and performance management
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in operations management (valet parking or hospitality preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage valet locations
- Valid driving license
Preferred Skills
- Experience in valet parking or transport operations
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
