• A Day in the Life

• As an Intern under the Training Academy’s leadership, you will support training and education initiatives in Robotic Assisted Surgery across the EMEA region.
• You’ll gain experience in planning, organizing, and executing training events, collaborating with customers on curriculum development, and tracking outcomes.

• Internship details:
• Start date: August / September 2026
• Work model: hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
• Working hours: 40 hours per week
• Duration: 6 months with the possibility to extend
• Location: Riyadh
• Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
• Support proctorship logistics and coordination
• Liaise with the coordinator and Event team to ensure each event is secured from all aspects
• Provide on-site support in preparation for robotic events
• Connect with the West Europa team and act as a liaison in the execution of collaborative robotic projects

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Marketing, Paramedical Studies, Business, Project / Event Management or a related field
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel, SharePoint)
• Customer-focused mindset
• Would be a plus:
• Experience supporting event management activities
• University coursework in human anatomy
