About This Role

To design, develop, and deliver structured training programs in Soft Services (Housekeeping & Customer Service), aligned with company operational standards, client expectations, and international best practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training programs (classroom, practical, and on-site)

  • Develop and update training materials aligned with SOPs and BICSc standards

  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and support certification processes

  • Coordinate with Operations to identify training needs

  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation

  • Drive continuous improvement in training quality and effectiveness


Role-Specific Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Housekeeping operations

  • Familiarity with BICSc standards

  • Expertise in customer service excellence and soft skills training


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

  • 5–8 years of experience in Facility Management / Hospitality / Training

  • Prior training delivery experience preferred


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presentation and training delivery skills

  • Communication (English required, Arabic preferred)
