Master Safety Consultancy seeks motivated engineering graduates to develop a career in third-party inspection, lifting equipment, and industrial safety.

Trainees receive practical exposure to inspection activities and develop technical knowledge under experienced inspection personnel.
Responsibilities and development
- Assist with inspections of lifting equipment and lifting accessories.
- Gain exposure to cranes, forklifts, MEWPs, earth-moving machinery, and other industrial equipment.
- Learn visual examination, functional testing, and load-testing procedures.
- Develop understanding of applicable inspection standards and safety requirements.
- Assist with inspection reports, certificates, and technical documentation.
- Attend client sites with experienced inspection engineers and learn to identify defects, unsafe conditions, and compliance issues.
- Develop toward independently conducting inspection activities.
Candidate requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior inspection experience is not required.
- Strong interest in inspection, lifting equipment, and industrial safety; willingness to learn and develop technical competence.
- Good English communication and report-writing skills.
- Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments and willing to travel to client sites.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred; a UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
