Requirements
- Core Responsibilities
- · Prepare cost estimates and bid proposals for traffic control projects.
- · Review plans, specifications, and traffic control requirements.
- · Calculate labor, equipment, and material costs.
- · Coordinate with operations and field personnel.
- · Track bid opportunities and maintain estimate records.
- · Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- · Support project handoff and startup activities.
- · Communicate with customers regarding project scope and requirements.
- · Analyze project profitability and cost trends.
- · Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Experience & Physical Requirements
- · Minimum 3 years of traffic control experience including 1 year in field operations and 2 years in supervisory roles.
- · ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor certification required.
- · Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- · Ability to read traffic control plans and project specifications.
- · Strong organizational and communication skills.
