The role is responsible for platform stability, performance, and reliability.
Working hours
- Working hours are flexible for both day and night shifts.
- The role requires participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operation of company trading platforms and support trading infrastructure equipment.
- Investigate and resolve trading-system incidents and provide daily MT4/MT5 support.
- Manage and monitor MT4/MT5 data centres and platforms.
- Test plugins and document procedures and policies.
Technical requirements
- Experience with Windows Server installation, configuration, support, and maintenance.
- Experience with VMware and understanding of security and firewalls.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with MT4/MT5 administrator applications.
- Related experience with OneZero, PrimeXM, FXCubic, or Centroid technology bridges is advantageous.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
