What you'll do

• Capture traded risk accurately in booking systems across swaps, bonds, FX, inflation, rates volatility derivatives, futures, and options.
• Coordinate trade details and issue resolution between portfolio managers, sales teams, and brokers.
• Work with Middle Office, Operations, Technology, and Business Management on trade processing and issue resolution.
• Improve trading book efficiency through FX cash balance cleanups, inter-strategy clean transfers, trade lifecycle management, and unwind package execution.
• Develop and deliver tactical process enhancements for the team and portfolio managers.
• Provide backup trade execution and responsive front-line trading support during the transition to an independent fund.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience in a trade assistant or trading desk support role.
• Strong interest in fixed income and derivatives markets; relevant experience is preferred.
• Motivation to learn and support a broad range of products, trading styles, and portfolio managers.
• Proactive approach to improving established processes and operating models.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptability and openness to an evolving role scope.
• Familiarity with AI tools or large language models, and technical coding ability, are advantageous.
