Tower Lead (Support & Operations)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own delivery from discovery and architecture through production rollout, hypercare, and transition to BAU.
• Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, demonstrations, POCs, pilots, and production planning.
• Design agent, Azure, integration, identity, security, and production architectures; set readiness and AgentOps practices.
• Troubleshoot incidents, optimize reliability and cost, review engineering work, mentor FDEs, and establish reusable delivery patterns.
• Provide technical escalation, influence platform priorities, and lead customer handover and enablement.

Required experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant overall technical experience, including at least 3 years in Generative AI or Agentic AI.
• Demonstrated enterprise production delivery and customer-facing architecture leadership.

Required skills

• Strong Python and software engineering skills; hands-on Generative AI, LLM, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, evaluation, and multi-agent experience.
• Production experience with Microsoft Foundry / Foundry Agent Service, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI services.
• Enterprise APIs and integrations; Entra ID, OAuth, managed identities, RBAC, secrets, and networking.
• Containers, Docker, Azure Container Apps or AKS, CI/CD, Git, observability, incident management, Responsible AI, and security.

Preferred skills

• Preferred: deeper Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Search, Agent Framework, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, OpenTelemetry, AgentOps, and evaluation experience.
• Preferred: MCP, A2A, Terraform, Azure landing zones, platform modernization, and enterprise operations experience.
• Exposure to multiple cloud platforms is advantageous.
