Overview
**GV Travel & Tourism** is looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Tour Operations Coordinator** to join our team in Dubai.
This role includes handling tour operations, attending customer leads, assisting clients with travel packages, and supporting sales activities to help grow the business.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and confidence in dealing with customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend incoming customer leads through calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Explain travel packages and assist customers in choosing suitable options
- Coordinate tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and itineraries
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners
- Prepare booking confirmations, travel documents, and vouchers
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport providers for smooth operations
- Achieve sales targets and support business growth
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions
- Maintain proper records of bookings, leads, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Previous experience in travel & tourism or sales is preferred
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to close deals and manage follow-ups effectively
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel booking procedures
- **Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory**
- Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred
