Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits plans
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends and benchmarking data to evaluate the competitiveness of our total rewards programs
  • Support the administration of compensation processes, such as salary surveys, job evaluations, and merit increase cycles • Assist in the review and analysis of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives
  • Contribute to the communication and education efforts related to total rewards programs, ensuring employees understand the value and impact of their benefits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information needed for total rewards projects
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to support decision-making and communication of total rewards strategy
  • Support the administration of compensation processes, such as salary surveys, job evaluations, and merit increase cycles
  • Assist in the review and analysis of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Work Shift
  • 8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
