About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Tooling Maintenance Technician responsible for the repair, maintenance, and improvement of tooling equipment (jigs, fixtures, moulds, and CNC tools). The role ensures efficient production processes and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair tooling, fixtures, and CNC equipment
  • Support new tooling for product introductions
  • Diagnose tooling issues and implement repair solutions
  • Operate machines (lathe, milling, CNC)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Monitor tooling performance and report issues
  • Train junior technicians and share knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in toolmaking (composite experience preferred)
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills
  • Experience in production environments and tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience with machining tools and equipment
