Falcon Group is hiring a **Timekeeper** with strong **Excel and formula knowledge** to manage attendance, timesheets, and workforce reports accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily attendance and timesheets
- Prepare manpower and monthly reports
- Use **Excel formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF**
- Track overtime and leave records
- Coordinate with HR and site supervisors
Requirements
- **2+ years of experience** as a Timekeeper
- Strong **Excel skills** and reporting knowledge
- Good accuracy and communication skills
- UAE experience preferred \| Immediate joiners preferred
