About This Role

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Track, record, and manage daily attendance, check-ins, and check-outs of site workers and technicians.
  • Calculate daily/weekly overtime, shifts, absences, and leaves accurately.
  • Coordinate closely with Site Engineers and Marble Installation Supervisors to verify manpower distribution.
  • Monitor workforce movement between production workshops and active installation sites.
  • Prepare and submit detailed time sheets and reports to HR and Payroll departments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of [e.g., 3-5 years] of experience as a Timekeeper, **specifically within construction or manufacturing companies specializing in Marble, Granite, and Natural Stone**.
  • Solid understanding of the marble industry workforce (Installers, Polishers, Fabricators, and Helpers) to effectively manage allocations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with biometric attendance systems or ERP software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage large labor forces.
  • Transferable visa / Valid driving license is highly preferred.
