Time Keeper role supporting building construction site operations.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in the UAE and knowledge of local labor practices.
Responsibilities
- Record daily attendance and working hours for laborers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Maintain timesheets and verify them against work progress and site requirements.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, HR, and payroll teams on wage calculations and payments.
- Monitor overtime, leave, and absenteeism; report discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain attendance records for audits, labor inspections, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Assist with manpower utilization, attendance trend, and labor productivity reports.
- Support workforce coordination between site, HR, and project management.
Skills and competencies
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Handle sensitive payroll and attendance information confidentially.
- Computer skills including MS Excel; ERP software knowledge.
Preferred qualifications
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and site operational procedures is preferred.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
Pay
- AED 2,000–3,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
