Civil Project Manager

Experience and education
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant construction experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience managing large-scale building and civil construction projects.
Project management qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control, contracts, and site management.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, consultants, clients, manpower, materials, and project resources.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance, quality control, and HSE requirements.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale building and civil construction projects.
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Manage manpower, materials, and project resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with approved schedules and budgets.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and HSE requirements.
Pay
- Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
